# Prospecta Meta Provider Review Demo

## 1. Prospecta by FuturizeIA

This video demonstrates how Prospecta connects Meta channels, reads insights, receives messages, generates an AI draft, and sends a reply only after operator review.

Business users connect Instagram Business, Facebook Page and WhatsApp Business assets to Prospecta. Prospecta centralizes metrics and conversations so AI agents can assist, while humans keep control of approval and sending.

## 2. 1. Secure operator login

The reviewer starts in the Prospecta panel with a restricted operator session.

Operators access the workspace through an authenticated panel. Client assets and tokens stay server-side, and the UI exposes only operational controls.

## 3. 2. Connect Meta assets

The client authorizes the Meta assets used by the provider: Instagram Business, Facebook Page and WhatsApp Business.

The connection screen lists required assets and permissions. After authorization, Prospecta stores the connection and subscribes webhooks for message events.

## 4. 3. Requested permissions

The app requests only the permissions needed for the features shown in this review.

Instagram messaging is used to read and respond to DMs. Instagram insights are used for performance metrics. WhatsApp Business permissions are used for official Cloud API messaging and setup.

## 5. 4. Read account metrics

Prospecta reads metrics for connected professional accounts and displays them inside the dashboard.

Metrics are presented as operational KPIs: followers, reach, profile views, engaged accounts and interactions. No personal messages are needed for this insights view.

## 6. 5. Receive a customer DM

When a customer sends an Instagram Direct message, Meta webhooks deliver the event to Prospecta.

The unified inbox shows the channel, customer profile and conversation thread. This is where the operator reviews the interaction before taking action.

## 7. 6. Generate AI assisted reply

The AI agent drafts a response based on the conversation, but it remains a preview until approved.

The draft is generated for the connected business account. The operator can edit, regenerate, approve or cancel. Prospecta does not send hidden automatic replies in this review flow.

## 8. 7. Send approved response

After approval, Prospecta sends the response through the official Meta messaging endpoint and records the result.

The audit log stores channel, operator, timestamp, status and Meta message identifier. Failures are visible to the operator.

## 9. 8. WhatsApp Business provider flow

For WhatsApp, Prospecta uses the official WABA connection to send customer notifications and manage channel status.

The provider setup is shown with WhatsApp Business Account, phone number status, templates and webhook health. This avoids unofficial device sessions for production volume.

The demo covered authorization, insights, inbound messages, AI draft review, approved sending and auditability.

Prospecta uses Meta data only to provide customer messaging, inbox operations, insights dashboards and official WhatsApp Business communication for connected business clients.
